A project timeline shows the company plans to have employees in the new headquarters by the end of 2024.
CLEVELAND — As construction continues on the new Sherwin-Williams headquarters in Cleveland along with the new global research and development center in Brecksville, the company is giving a fresh look at their progress.
“Depending upon the site, we are beginning work on underground utilities and plumbing,” according to a press release from Sherwin-Williams on Wednesday morning. “On both sites, crew sizes are growing to support the multiple scopes of work progressing through July and August. The project team continues to engage all parts of the workforce pipeline to reach crew ratios that keep the project on track for all workforce goals.”
The new global headquarters will feature a 36-floor office tower with an attached multi-level parking garage.
“Our new facilities will house more than 3,500 employees made up of professional staff, engineers, technicians and chemists, with room to accommodate future growth,” the company says on their site.
