NORFOLK, Neb. — A northeast Nebraska construction project is underway.
Even though the city of Norfolk announced on Friday that the East Benjamin Avenue Trail Project began on Monday, the assistant city engineer, Anna Allen, said construction work won’t likely start until early next week.
