LANSING, MI – If you’ve filed for jobless aid in Michigan, ignore any text messages from the Unemployment Insurance Agency — it is a scam.
The agency issued a Monday, July 11, warning about a phishing scam aiming to steal money and personal information from claimants through text messages.
