delhi liquor policy: Manish Sisodia questions PM Modi about ‘nautanki’ around CBI’s lookout notice in connection with Delhi Excise Policy scam

Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, terming the central investing agency’s issuance of Look Out Circular against him and other accused in the Delhi Excise Policy scam as a ‘nautanki’.

“All your raids have failed, nothing found, not found ‘Ek Paisa ki Hera Pheri‘, now you have issued a look out notice that Manish Sisodia is not available. What is this gimmick, Modi ji?” Sisodia wrote on Twitter.

He also challenged that he will come wherever he is asked to.

“I am roaming freely in Delhi, tell me where to come? I can’t find you?” he wrote.

A look out circular prevents an individual from leaving the country.

Earlier, CBI conducted raids at multiple locations including various big cities in connection with the recently withdrawn Delhi excise policy and registered a case against Aam Aadmi Party leader Sisodia among other persons.

The raids have led to the recovery of incriminating documents/articles, digital records etc. The CBI also registered a case citing corruption, criminal conspiracy, falsification of accounts and taking undue advantage in connection with the AAP…
